ALL buyers and carriers shall read this Cancellation Policy before using our services or our website.
The buyer will be required to make a deposit before the carrier
makes buys the item. The carrier shall be required to make a
security deposit. This fee shall be refunded as soon as the delivery is made.
The carrier will only make the purchase after we have confirmed
to him or her in writing that the payment or deposit has been made.
Should the carrier make a purchase and deliver the item without our
confirmation from us, we will not be liable to compensate him or her or undertake any action
to compel the buyer or otherwise make the buyer refund the amounts used.
In any case, we will hold the deposit and/or payment
made by the buyer until he/or she confirms
the item(s) have been delivered. The carrier will also have to
confirm that the item has been delivered before we release the money to him or her.
If a carrier fails to deliver or cancel an ongoing order
that is assigned to him or her, the security deposit fee of the carrier
may be confiscated and the buyer will be refunded full amount against his/her order.
The buyer shall not cancel the order once the carrier confirms
that the item has been purchased. However, if the buyer seeks to
cancel or change any order, he or she will inform us of the wishes to cancel or
change any order then the same must be communicated to the carrier directly.
Once a request for cancellation of the order is received
by the carrier, and the carrier agrees to cancel, the full
deposit (if any) which has been deposited by the carrier
will be refunded the total security deposit fee and buyer
will be charged 5 per cent of the total amount
or an amount capped at $20 whichever is higher.
If the carrier refuses to cancel he will give reasons
thereof to the buyer – proof may be required depending on
the circumstance. Any order will stand valid if carrier
refuses to cancel it whether he or she has already
purchased the item or due to any other reason. The carrier
will not refuse a cancellation order without
proper and justifiable reasons.
The buyer will be entitled to make a claim for full
refund of his amount if the carrier fails to deliver within the stipulated time.
We will contact the carrier upon buyer’s
request through email or any other information
provided by the carrier. The carrier shall respond
to our communication within 10 business
day’s failure of which the security deposit
will be forfeited.
Should the carrier fail to respond, the deposit
by the buyer shall be refunded in full.
No deduction will be made if carrier
delivers the item within 5 business days after
the stipulated time. 25% of security deposit fee or
10$ whichever is higher will be deducted
if carrier delivers the order within next
06-10 working days
and if delivery is made after 10 days the
deposit by the carrier will be forfeited.
The carrier has a duty to communicate
with the buyer concerning any lateness
or late deliveries and the reasons thereof.
